Zion Lutheran School & Preschool
Knowing Jesus, Growing in Faith, Serving God's Children
Thank you for your interest in Zion School and preschool. We invite you to seriously consider the blessings and benefits of a Christian Education for your child. As we remember the greatest love ever given in the death and RESURRECTION of our Savior Jesus Christ, we realize we are training these children for eternity. We pray that each of you will prayerfully consider the blessing God promises in Proverbs 22:6 "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."
Please call to make an appointment to visit our school. You will be able to meet with our preschool director or myself, and hopefully have any of your questions answered concerning the school and preschool. Zion is a fully accredited school both with the state of South Dakota and with our National Lutheran School Accreditation.
Applications for Preschool, and Kindergarten- Grade 5 are now being accepted for the 2016-17 school year. I would also invite you to visit our school if you are interested in enrolling your child. For tuition please check out the tuition requirements found under the "Tuition" section.
Hours for Kindergarten through Grade 5 are from 8:15 AM - 3:00 PM. For those parents desiring extended child care, Zion offers an excellent before/after school care program for all students from 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, at a cost of $3.35 per hour.
For the 2016-17 school year, Zion offers a two-day preschool for three year olds, a three-day preschool for four year olds and a five-day preschool for four and five year olds, morning or afternoon sessions. We are currently accepting applications for our preschool. Information concerning Preschool will be available from Mrs. Genzlinger, our preschool/daycare director (342-5749).
Zion also offers a summer daycare program for children three years old to those entering fifth grade. Information concerning this program will be available from Mrs. Long, our summer daycare director (342-5749).
